About Word Bible College

Word Bible College is an accredited Bible college and graduate school.  It was founded in 1991, by Dr. Stephen R. Johnson, and is an educational outreach of His Church International Ministries, a California corporation since 1985.  Since the inception of the college it has exploded with excitement and has grown dramatically.  Word Bible College has extension campuses throughout the world.

Word Bible College is purely a theological school and the education offered is reflective of the principals of His International Ministries.  We are a member institution of the Accrediting Commissions International for Schools, Colleges, and Theological Seminaries and meet the State of California’s Council for Private Post Secondary and Vocational Educational requirements.

We accept credits earned from other recognized schools, reflected by official transcripts.

We are a purely theological school. Due to the nature of the program of Word Bible College and Graduate Studies, students are encouraged to be actively involved in   the ministry of a local church.
